It’s the Chef’s job to wow you every day with the focus on fresh ingredients daily, never repeating his special dish of the day.

 All salads will be prepared daily, once finished it will only be prepared the following day. Served on a first come, first served basis. This keeps you coming back for more.

 

Butternut and sweet potato dressed with a honey ginger soy sauce, topped with toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
